In July 2008, the Records and Registration office began imaging historical academic records and has made them available to all staff with Banner Student access. As of September 2011, we have imaged approximately 292,000 academic records.
Before you can view imaged records, you need to make sure your computer is properly configured.

How to View Imaged Historical Records
- Login to Banner.
- Enter the form name SPAIDEN in the "Go To..." box. When SPAIDEN opens, enter the student's ID.
- With the student's SPAIDEN record open, click on the Application Xtender icon. If the academic record is available for viewing, Application Xtender will open, and you will be able to view it.
- If the academic record has not been imaged, you will receive a message, "No Documents Found." Send an e-mail to email@example.com to request the record be imaged. You will be notified when the file is ready to be viewed, usually in one to two business days.
- If you have access to print these records, click on the "Print Document/PDF Print..." icon. Since these are true copies of transcripts, we are limiting the amount of staff who have access to print. If you feel you need to have print access, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining why you require this access.
